This is the only way to order. Every enquiry is read by a person before anything is quoted, and the answers below are what we read.

Orders are accepted from institutions and research organisations against a stated research use. Enquiries are screened before anything is quoted — institutional email, organisation type and a stated use are all conditions of supply. Once you clear, we confirm availability, lot and lead time, and send the certificate of analysis for the lot you are quoted.

Supply conditions. We can only accept enquiries from an institution or research organisation, sent from that organisation’s own email domain, against a stated in-vitro or preclinical use. We do not supply individuals for personal use, and we do not supply clinics or prescribers sourcing material for patients.
